Produce a formal generic document that outlines protocols for engaging with the ASSI community.
Compile a formal suite of governance and business documents to strengthen the administrative capacities and business acumen of volunteers in ASSI organisations across regional Queensland.
Develop an ASSI community survey to be distributed at the State conference as well as a generic feedback and evaluation program for regional ASSI community events.
The above projects will start in July 2022 with an expected completion date of December 2023
