The Queensland United Australian South Sea Islander Inc (QUASSIC) is a registered Incorporated Association that is independent of government. QUASSIC is managed by the Executive Committee comprising of;

• President

• Treasurer

• Secretary

• 14 zone representatives (based on the current Queensland Health Districts)

• an Elders advisory committee and,

• a Youth advisory committee.
